Implementation Methodology
The IMS Implementation Methodology consists of four stages:

User Interface Customization Requirements: work with your Product Manager to customize an out of the box solution UI that reflects your branding. Identify the analytics you want to run and display. Data Intake: collaborate with your Data Quality Manager to assure that your data supports your display and analytic goals. IMS will help you customize your data file layout, validate your sample data, configure your analytics settings, and load your test data to run your analytics and produce results for display. Custom data extracts: we work with your Data Analysts to design and create custom data extracts that meet your analytics needs |

Implementation Phase - work with our Development team and Product Managers while they implement your approved requirements. |

Take advantage of our skilled Quality Assurance team who will work collaboratively with your testing personnel to design and execute a testing strategy guaranteed to deliver a quality solution on budget and on time. |
| Deployment |
Whether you host your solution with IMS or deploy the software behind your firewall, we’ll conduct training, assist with deployment and provide ongoing support of your solution. |
